I recently attended a soft opening, tasting event and boy, was I blown away! Not only do the amazing three-sided views of the marina take your breath away as soon as you walk in the doors, but the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly, and the food was fantastic! I tried both the grilled and fried shrimp and grits, salad, fries and fried okra. Another diner at my table, a self-proclaimed “grits snob,” said Ralphie’s were the best she’d ever tasted! Their desserts were equally scrumptious and enjoying one of their signature cocktails on the gorgeous back deck is a perfect bookend to your fabulous meal.

I recently had the opportunity to eat at Ralphie‘s Fish Camp for a party and soft opening taste test and what an experience! First, the view and atmosphere are the best in town! It is such a beautiful restaurant and the setting at the marina on the water makes it a wonderful place to enjoy a meal. And the food is outstanding! I tried so many delicious dishes, including fried shrimp, grilled shrimp and grits, steak, the best fries, chicken fingers, fried okra, salad and more. Everything I tasted was delicious. And you definitely want to save room for dessert because all the desserts are made in house! I couldn’t decide between the strawberry tiramisu and the brownies, so I had both. I’m so glad I did. Both were amazingly delicious! The staff was also outstanding, friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout the evening. Ralphie’s Fish Camp is definitely the place to eat. Great food, beautiful atmosphere amazing desserts, and wonderful staff. I can’t wait to go back.

I attended a soft opening event today and it was perfect! The food was delicious. I tried several of the different options. My favorites were the fried shrimp, shrimp and grits, and the steak. The fried okra and potato salad were delicious. I also tried the chicken fingers and fries with my picky eater kids in mind and they will definitely approve! The fried food was seasoned to absolute perfection! The atmosphere is perfect and is what Port St Joe has needed for so many years. I can’t wait to come for a date night and sit at the bar, lunch after church with the family, a bite after a boat day, or for a family birthday/celebration. The views are perfect and this will definitely be a local favorite. I can’t wait until it’s open full time!
